CareMedica specializes in a wide range of healthcare and medical products, including items for incontinence and hygiene care, women's and baby care, orthopedic supplies, and health monitoring devices meant for personal and hospital use.
How Does Delivery Work?
We offer nationwide delivery across India. Orders are processed quickly, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
What Are Your Payment Options?
CareMedica accepts various payment methods, including COD, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets, ensuring a safe and secure checkout experience for all our customers.
How can I place an order?
• Search for the product on the CareMedica website
• Enter your Pin Code on the product page to check delivery feasibility and time
• Select the product to be purchased
• Choose the quantity to be ordered
• Click on Add to Cart → Proceed to checkout
• Fill in the required details
• Select the desired mode of payment
• Verify your mobile number with an OTP while placing a COD order
• Click on Place Order
• Sit back and relax while we deliver your order to your doorstep
How do I search for a product?

How long will the delivery take?
CareMedica understands the importance of timely delivery, especially for medical essentials. Depending upon your pin code, deliveries may take 2–7 working days. Certain pin codes may take longer. You can check delivery time by entering your pin code on the product page.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
• Orders above ₹1000 – Free shipping
• Orders below ₹1000 – Nominal shipping fee of ₹50
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. Track your delivery status here: https://shiprocket.co/tracking/
What payment modes are available?
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, or wallets such as Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, Rupay, etc.
Why is COD not available in my area?
Sometimes courier partners do not allow COD in certain pin codes due to restrictions or price caps. This is usually temporary.
Why is my pin code marked NSZ (Non-Serviceable Zone)?
Some pin codes are not serviceable by courier partners. In such cases, we request you to provide an alternate delivery address.
Can I check the parcel before paying COD?
No. Parcels cannot be opened before payment. If the product is defective or incorrect, you can request an exchange/refund (where eligible).
What if I paid but did not get an order confirmation?
An automated confirmation email is sent once the order is placed. If not received, please contact us at info@advikmnc.com.

Will all products be shipped together?
We try to ship all products together. However, if stock is spread across warehouses, shipments may arrive separately.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, both a soft copy (emailed) and a hard copy (inside the parcel). If misplaced, email us for a duplicate copy.
Any hidden charges?
No. You only pay the invoice amount. If asked otherwise, contact us immediately.
Who can take delivery?
If you’re unavailable, the courier can deliver to another person at your address. A signature will be taken for confirmation.
What if I miss delivery?
Couriers make up to 3 attempts before returning the package. For prepaid orders, we will contact you for redelivery or refund.
Does CareMedica deliver everywhere in India?
We aim to deliver across India, but some pin codes may be non-serviceable. Please check availability on the product page.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. CareMedica, by Advik Multinational Corporation, ensures 100% genuine, high-quality products.
What if my parcel is tampered?
Do not accept delivery of tampered parcels. If already received, contact us at info@advikmnc.com with details.
What if products are damaged or incorrect?
Contact us via email or call. If eligible, we will arrange a return pickup and offer either exchange or refund.
When can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via your account or by emailing info@advikmnc.com.
• Prepaid refunds → 5–7 working days
• If shipped already → Refund after product is returned (shipping charges non-refundable)

Refund timeline for cancelled orders?
• Unshipped prepaid orders → Refund in 5–7 working days
• Shipped orders → Refund after return received
Will I get a full refund?
• If not shipped → Full refund
• If shipped → Refund minus shipping charges
Why can’t I see "Cancel My Order"?
Possible reasons:
a) Order already shipped
b) You’re not logged in as a registered user
c) Technical glitch – please contact us
What is the return policy?
• Returns accepted for non-hygiene products only
• Personal hygiene items (diapers, wipes, masks, catheters, etc.) are non-returnable unless defective/wrong item sent
• Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery

What is the return process?
• Raise request within 2 days with proof (invoice + product images if defective)
• Return pickup arranged (if serviceable)

• Refund processed in 5–7 working days

What are the refund modes available?

• COD orders → Provide Bank Details (Name, Bank, A/c No, IFSC, PAN)
Refund of shipping charges?
Refund of shipping charges is at CareMedica’s discretion. If the return is not due to our error, shipping charges will not be refunded.
