Return & Exchange Conditions

Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receipt of product(s).

Product(s) must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

The original invoice/receipt must be included with the return.

Product(s) must be received in a sellable condition to qualify.

Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or wrongly delivered:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a product in damaged condition, with a defect, or different from your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Keep all packaging materials for inspection.

Our Customer Care team will guide you through the return/replacement process.

Once the returned product passes Quality Check (QC), we will either send a replacement or process a refund.
Damaged Packaging at Delivery

If the external packaging appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery.

Note the issue on the courier delivery sheet and inform us immediately.

Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will send you a fresh replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Cancellation before shipment.

Return of defective/damaged/wrong product (after QC approval).

When an exchange cannot be completed due to out-of-stock items.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

Refund Timeline

Since the products are manufactured in assortment, there may be possibilities that colors of the product delivered may vary in actual color. In case of Colour, actual print of the product delivered might be different from product shown on the website. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
